The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, commonly known as YEIDA, was created by the Government of Uttar Pradesh with the aim of developing the region along the Yamuna Expressway into a well-planned urban corridor. Over the years, this area has grown from open land into one of the most talked-about destinations for real estate and infrastructure development in North India.<\/p>

Unlike many older cities that expanded without proper planning, the YEIDA region is being developed in a structured way.
